| Urgent Notice
We regrettably inform that a suspected power surge due to a faulty power supply unit has burned out several disks in the server, causing mail data loss to a number of accounts hosted on this server. Our engineers are studying the possibility to perform data recovery for the burned disks, however this is a time consuming process and the success factor is still unknown at the current time. Admin access has been restored, however the mail configurations were no longer available. A default catch-all email account has been enabled to avoid any lost new mail, and we have run an automated mail restoration process to create most of the disabled email users. Please now login to the admin panel and check the email users and aliases respectively are present, and recreate any missing ones. The web services and website data however were unaffected. We sincerely apologize for the trouble this has caused, and fully understand its negative impact to your communication and business. All staff are currently on deck and we are dedicated to restoring access this as soon as possible. Your kind patience and understanding is appreciated in this trying time. New Updates: We have successfully restored most of the data from the previous hardware failure. However, there are small remaining accounts which are not recovered yet, have a low possibilities for recovery at the moment. We are using our full resources now and are still trying our very best in recovering the rest of the data from the faulty hard disk drive.
